Hydraulic nut breaker applications include service trucks, piping industry, tank cleaning, petrochemical, steel construction, mining, etc.
The nuts widely used in the industrial manufacture are placed in the open-air and high temperature or corrosive environment. Some are fastened by rust and some screw threads are damaged by bumping, so the nut dismantling is very difficult. The usually method is to cut off the nut and bolt together with gas cutting. However, in some special environment, it is prohibited to use fire (electricity) welding, like underground coal mine, in pulverized coal bunker of power station, high pressure and high temperature places in oil pipeline, so that makes the people have no choice to change the nut and bolt. The hydraulic nut cutter can settle the dismantling of nut and bolt in a simple and convenient, fast, safe, high-efficient way without fire, electricity and damage to thread of bolt.

Q: How long for delivery?
A: Generally it is 15-30days as we are customized service we confirm with customer when place order.
Q: What is the MOQ?
A: It depends on what you are buying. Normally, our minimum order is one 20' full container and LCL container (less than a
container load) can be acceptable.
Q: Can you customize my products?
A: Yes, we can customized products with your design drawings like DWG, DXF, DXW, IGES, STEP, PDF etc.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment, or as per discussion.
