Product Description
Electric crimping pliers, also known as electric crimping pliers or electric terminal pliers, mainly the use of lithium battery power to drive the electric motor and the external output of kinetic energy work of a tool.

1. Microcomputer control system-automatically detects the pressure when crimping, with double safety protection.
2. The hydraulic device has an automatic retraction function, when the maximum working pressure is reached, the piston will return to its starting position.
3. The tool is equipped with a double plunger pump, which is characterized by fast approach to the connected material and slow working stroke.
4. The crimper rotates smoothly through 360° around the longitudinal axis for better access to tight corners and other difficult work areas.
5. An acoustic signal is emitted and the red display flashes if a deviation from the set operating pressure or a low charge is detected.
6. All tools can be controlled by a single trigger. This results in easy handling and better grip compared to two button operation.
7. The lithium-ion battery has neither a memory effect nor a self-discharge function. The tool is always operational even after long periods of inactivity. In addition, compared to NiMH batteries, we see a lower power-to-weight ratio, 50% more capacity and shorter recharge cycles.
8. The temperature sensor enables the tool to stop automatically when the temperature exceeds 60ºC during long periods of operation, signaling a fault, indicating that the tool cannot continue to work until the temperature is reduced to a normal level.
